Hi Turtles

Here are updates for the first half of this week:

• Evening Practices for those unable to attend morning practice will be held Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7-8pm starting tomorrow, June 22. Sign-ups are required to attend as only 12 swimmers can participate and we have limited coaching available. All evening practice attendees must be able to swim the length of the pool on their own; no minis at evening practices. Sign up in SwimTopia events - https://fairfield.swimtopia.com/swim_meets.
• Wednesday's meet is BOYS against the Oaklands Slugs at the Oaklands pool - 301 Hillside Rd, Newark, DE 19717. 
  • Please let us know if your swimmer will NOT be swimming Wednesday before 4pm tomorrow by using the RSVP form found here - https://fairfield.swimtopia.com/calendar_events/35...  
  • Parents, please sign up for volunteer shifts via the Job form found in the Boys versus Oaklands event (same sign-up as RSVP) 
  • Swimmers should arrive at 5pm to get ready for warm-ups.
  • We'd love help from any Girl Turtles ages 11 and up to come help round up swimmers for their events and cheer on our Turtles!
  • Parents will need to compete the health assessment in the Game Changer app no sooner than 3 hours before the meet (so do not complete before 3pm tomorrow)
• T-shirts should arrive any day now and will likely be distributed at practices. Any adults who ordered a shirt can write a check ($15 each) to FFC Pool (give checks to Lauren) or Venmo @FFC-Pool and write Swim Team t-shirt in the memo. Text Lauren @ 302-545-0966 if you need to confirm how many shirts you requested.
• When using Venmo at FFC swim meets for food or 50/50 tickets please be sure to note Swim Team in the memo and show proof of payment to the appropriate volunteer. Thanks for your cooperation on this.
• Girls are home against Delaware Blue Fish Saturday, June 26th. More information will be shared later this week, but parents can sign up for volunteer roles and declare swimmers anytime. Food donation information will be posted soon.
