Sorry to blow up your inbox-but as you know swim season is fast and furious! :)

1) TimeTrials is quickly approaching. We need all entries by this Saturday July 6 at 5:00 pm. For new swimmers, time trials is IN ADDITION to regular swim season and only if you WANT to compete. Each age group has a different day for their meet. The fastest 16 swimmers (plus 2 alternates) then compete at Championships on Saturday July 20 at Western YMCA. The cost is $2 per individual event and $8 for each relay. Each swimmer can participate in a max of 3 events including relays. (This is different from regular season when our swimmers can swim 4 events if 2 are relays.)

Sign ups are open on Swimtopia. This signup will be different for Time trials compared to other meets. This time you will sign up ONLY IF YOU WANT TO PARTICIPATE. If you do not want to compete in time trials, you do not have to do anything.

Please make note of your swimmer's 1st, 2nd and 3rd preference on Swimtopia. We have a limited number of swimmers we can send for each age group/event, so after the coaches receive all the requests, they will review this with the swimmers before sending our entries into SSL. Although the coaches do their best to accommodate all requests, your swimmer may not be able to swim in all their requested events.

If your child wants to do a relay, mark the relay and the coaches will then decide on putting the teams together.

2) If you have a 5 year swimmer, please let us know if you would like to purchase an engraved towel or windbreaker for your swimmer.  Once we know how many we are ordering, we will let you know the cost.
